"The key is to start and then be as consistent as you personally can. You don’t have to be great when you start, but you do need to start to do great things"

In my early 20’s I was a smoker and overweight.  Finding a way to overcome both has helped me to assist others in their wellness journeys. Over the past 20 years I have been a fitness center manager, college cross country and track coach and personal trainer.  My passion revolves around helping others realize and reach goals they did not realize they were capable of.  The first step in anyone’s fitness journey is to start. And when you do start avoiding the terrible too’s (too much, too soon, too fast). Start slow and build one day at a time!
