Western Wisconsin Health is pleased to announce they are now partnering with Christian Community Home in Hudson to offer on-site care for residents. Dr. Tom Field and Dr. Matt Beeson will begin seeing patients in March 2018.
Christian Community Home (CCH) of Hudson, has provided post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing services since 1981. Their Red Oak Center for Rehabilitation and Fitness specializes in short-stay rehabilitation care in a unique and comfortable healing environment. CCH is certified for Medicare and Medicaid, as well as for many private insurances and assists with round-the-clock nursing care. This partnership will bring together the values of both organizations and allow patients to receive high-quality primary care services where it’s most comfortable and convenient for them and their families.
“On behalf of the residents, families, and staff of CCH in Hudson, I wish to welcome the Western Wisconsin Health Physicians to our campus,” said CCHS Executive Director Dan Goodier regarding the collaboration. “I am convinced that their philosophies clearly place the person first in their professional care practice. The residents of CCH, our skilled nursing facility, deserve a dedicated physician team, and with Western Wisconsin Health, I am pleased to say that they have one. I wish also to express our gratitude to Western Wisconsin Health’s CEO Alison Page and CFO Brian Lovdahl. Your inspired vision helped make this partnership a reality.”
